    first cycle advice needed

    hey guys so i am looking at doing my first cycle, i just wanna do a test e cycle at 500 mg or 750 mg depending on recommendations from you guys, 12-15 weeks what do you think of this ? my reason for only running one substance atm is so i know how my body reacts to each substance is this a good mentality to have ?

    Yes brilliant idea!! Test only for first to see how body reacts. But, also with an AI HcG and planned out PCT .. So front to back .. What are your stats? Height weight bf% goal and how's your diet?

    I would not risk it at age 18. You could cause permanent damage. What is your goal for this cycle anyway? Sounds like you might have a nutritional problem. You're still growing and have plenty of natural testosterone runnig through you right now. No need to shut that down and potentially damage yourself when you can fix your issues with diet.

    I dont plan on doing till 25 i wanna max out naturally but just wanted to see if this is a good cycle to start with sorry if i wasted your time.
    and i have been reading all the stickies etc just interested in peoples suggestions do you think 500mg or 750 would be better to run first time ?

    This is what i eat on daily basis atm currently reverse dieting
    Blackmores - Fish Oil Tablet 1000mg, 3 pill
    Blueberries - Frozen, unsweetened, 100 g
    Kraft - Light Crunchy Peanut Butter, 30 g
    Chobani - Greek Yogurt - 2% Plain Low-Fat, 250 g
    Uncle Tobys - Bran Plus, 45 g
    Fruit - Bannana, 200 grams
    Riviana - Basmati Long Grain Rice, 1 cup cooked rice (200gr) \
    Chang's - Hoisin Sauce, 20 ml
    Chicken - Boiled Skinless Chicken Breast, 200 g
    Chang's - Sesame Oil - Pure, 1 tsp (5ml)
    Mccain - Frozen Peas, Corn and Carrot, 333 g
    Woolworths - Australian Beef Mince Heart Smart 500g, 200 g
    Tomato - Australian, 200 g
    Macro Certified Organic - Pasta Spirals, 83 g
    Val Verde' - Passata Cooking Sauce, 100 g
    Onions - Raw, 100 g
    Woolworths - Baby Spinach (Fresh Pack), 120 g

    Post that diet in nutrition area for facts on it.. I just was wondering if it was clean or dirty.. Me personally I would wait til 26-27.. My opinion is 500 a week. Broke into 2 separate days.. Mon and thurs or fri.. 250 each shot.. But you will need to run an AI HcG and have nolva and clomid for PCT . Have everything before start.. Train hard til 26 ish.. What are your stats right now ?? Height weight and how long have you trained?
