For me BCAA and some DAA powder. Just curious what you guys drink at the gym that works well with gear?

Anywhere from 1-2 gallons of H2O while working out works great for me!!!

1/2 scoop of MP, 1/2 scoop of Jack3ed, 1/2 scoop of NoXplode and one Table spoon of creatine

i try all the new brands of preworkout drinks but i always come back to creatine monohydrate and dextrose
as far as in the gym its always water probably between 1/2 quart to 1/2 gallon just depends how thirdty i get

Chocolate milk. It's supposed to be great. Read it in women's fitness magazine
I don't like PWO's. They're just caffein, and trace amounts of maybe useful stuff is it was dosed higher mixed with corn starch and labelled proprietary blend. I somewhat like super pump 250 with plasmajet, but now you can't get plasmajet at all and superpump max is a sad imitation of the original. Hemo Rage is a joke, I can't see straight it has so many stims, and NOXplode does nothing for me pump wise, and equates to a very expensive coffee. I buy my supps raw in bulk now, aside from whey and casein the only actual big name supp I'd ever buy again would be plasmajet (the original, not some new product with the same name to make sales) if it were allowed back on the market.

I take a caffeine pill. C4, musclepharm assault, jack 3d, neurocore, 1.m.r, and a 16 oz. red bull. I stay pumped...

I mainly drink water, green tea, and black coffee.

I'm still baffled buy the guy who drinks 2 gallons of water during a workout. I'd have to be at the gym for 8 hours.

HAHAHA yeah, i knew someone would comment about this.... I get really thirsty. I bought a half a gallon cooler at walmart to find out how much water was i really intaking daily and i carry it mostly in the gym, i workout for 2 hrs from 5am-7am and some days i drink more some days i drink less but i drink 2-3 while working out. Just get really really thirsty!!! I dont force myself to drink water, i just drink when im thirsty which is all the time!!!
