    Making gains with anavar

I was planning on running a cutting cycle with prop and var. After talking with an amateur bodybuilder at my gym, I've decided to take his advice, as well as the advice I received in a previous thread and focus on continuing to gain as much muscle as possible, instead of cutting.

I already have the prop and var for my cycle, planning to start in a month. Should I run the cycle as planned, except at a calorie surplus? Or would it be better to save the var for a future cutting cycle?

There are not such a thing like cutting and bulking AAS, it all depends on your diet!

I don't see problem running prop+var during bulking diet.

    Good luck!

yeah prop and var are perfect for cutting
just make sure to do good diet and cardio
and have good PCT lined up. ( get the pct on hand before starting)
also do you have HCG , AI planned ?

Depends on bodyfat imo. The effects of Var are more pronounced at lower bf levels. It would still aid in protein synthesis and nutrient partioning, but if you're already 15%bf and planning to add more you won't see the hardening/vascular look that var is known for as much as someone with lower bf.

Prop is great for both bulking/cutting.

    Thanks for the input.

My bf% is in the 10-12 range and my diet will be at 3500 cals with a 40/40/20 split.

I will be running HCG and an AI during the cycle and have my pct lined up and on its way. The cycle will be starting beginning of march.

To answer your question, yes, save the var for later. You can make small gains with it, but since your going to continue to bulk, the var wont be the star. Bulk on up with your calorie surplus, then when it is time to cut, use the var.
