Clen doesnt afect in any point the htpa and short usage of clen does not increase heart size.

Now, let me inform you about what Clenbuterol does, regarding sides: both your heart rate and BP goes through the roof, which inevitable leads to inflammation in your circulatory system, meaning you are damaging your cardiovascular health; you feel agitated/frustrated all day long; lack of sleep; massive headaches, lack of appetite and so forth.
I was carrying a decent amount of muscle mass with about 12% of BF at your age, all I did was to train for 5 times a week and eat 3 large meals everyday. I was 27 YO when I started to use whey protein and creatine mono because I had a feeling that most of them were over-marketed BS products, I still can get away with not using any supplements and maintain most of my muscle mass without gaining BF%.
So, instead of messing with Clen, which is a strong pharmaceutical that I intentionally stay away from, look into Caffeine pills and injectable L. Carnitine since they too will serve your goal.
