i've never done thighs, but i know people who regularly did thighs and hit something wrong one time, and swear they will never do it again. butt cheek is the best place to do it in my opinion. most people call it glutes, though lol.

Pip either comes from to high BA content in your oil or improper technique!
I've jabbed nearly all muscles in my time
    Quads
    Glutes
    Bicep
    Tricep
    Pecs
    Delts
    Traps
    Lats
    Calves

If done properly it doesn't matter and is painless.

You don't want to build up scar tissue though so rotating sites is best practice

ya i'm guessing i've got like 9sq in on each quad that's good for pins, leaves plenty of room for 25g needles to move around. been injecting myself for nearly 30 years now, think i've got the hang of it haha.

Only thing that I don't like about glutes is your sciatic nerve.

I pin quads and no issue unless as people have stated if the gear has a higher ba content can get pip nothing a bit of massage doesn't fix

Also depending on the compound your pinning. With test c or e I could pin all day. Sust always burns. No matter where I pin it delta are my go to. I've also done pec gluts and quads. Calves... HELL NO!

I started pinning the quad exclusively because they were so easy to see/hit. I did only quads for years until I decided to run primo at a gram a week (dosed 100mg/ml) along with high test dosage. When you are injecting 13-15 ML of oil a week, you have to start getting creative with your shot placement. I went from quads only one cycle to rotating:

Quads, glutes, and delts. Six spots to shoot. Larger groups quads and glutes got 2-3mls. Delts would only hold 1.5ml comfortably. Delts are a fairly easy pain free spot to shoot too.

I much prefer quads... you can see what you're doing, and you have two hands to do it with.
