Estradiol way to high

As some of you know I am in week 14 for a long cycle and the end not quite determined.
But the question is:
what to do right now about my estradiol results
Test total is 5443 ng/dL
Test free 2713 pg/mL
Estradiol 505 pg/mL the range 0.0-56.0

I was running Test cyp 500 mg wk with Win 50 oral ed stopping and started the Tren and the test prop 3 weeks ago, so now..
running Tren 50 mg ed
Test prop 30mg -50mg ed
ending two more days of Win 50 mg ed
Anastrazole .30 ed

My E2 went up from 95 to the present 505

Is that a sensitive E2 assay?
Starting tren with your E that high is a bad idea. It's a progestin. Think prolactin issues.
Is the adex your using legit? I'd think it would be sufficient at that dose.

Not sure why your running prop and E for a toal of 700mg of test EW

Agree with this assessment. Tren should be avoided until that estrogen issue is handled. That is dangerously high and could quickly contribute to prostate and cardiovascular issues.

I'm back on board. Not sure about some questions.
My E2 was 95 on a range high of 56 pg/mL That's when I was at the peak of Test cyp 500 mg wk only one month ago.I stayed with test cyp for two more wks with the Tren start. Then stopped the Test cyp @ 100 mg wk no more now and 1 wk ago plugged in the test prop 50 mg ed
So now on Tren 50 mg ed test prop decreased to 30 mg ed
Now test results show Estradiol E2 505.
We discussed the prolactin last nite here because orgasm problems Yes/no...mike

Mike your first post was a bit unclear then. You still did not answer if it was a sensitive E2 assay. If not it basically relates to females and is not much help to you overall. Prolactin can/will cause libido/orgasm issues. Control your Estrogen and you will control your prolactin. For prolactin to cause issues it has to be in the presense of high E. You need to get your E down asap and I would imagine prolactin as well at this point. Add caber at either .25 or .5 twice per week.

I don't know what you mean. The lab report only says Estradiol [812] [C12-E2] and the results.

"MuscleInk" I've had some prostrate problems and used to be on "Flowmax" it didn't do much and currently the prostrate has not changed (yet). My cardio seems very good. I'm having a ( NO )orgasm problem right now and have been. You can see in the pic what water I'm holding (what do ya think) I'm having a Catscan Monday for many reasons. My tremendous bloating, liver and to check all. You think I should just STOP Tren ?? huh

Just mean your initial post was unclear as to what your were doing and the changes made. When it comes to the E2 Sensitive assay, as stated if it's not a sensitive assay then it does not relate to men, it relates to women.

Ok, thanks for the replies. Will talk later in regard to what's up with my post and the changes. Short on time NOW as we speak. Not trying to put your Q off. I called the Doc and spoke to the nurse...she knows NOTHING of course except the doc said stop pinning ...ha! Anyway got another call in and an appoint for Tuesday to go over all of it in person. Also a catscan as I said Mon for prostrate and liver etc... I don't think my Adex is any good. My other gear is GOOD sh*t. The test cyp was Pharm grade Depo from someone's scripts had a sh*t load. Gone now. Tren and other from internet and a friend. Gotta run n thx...crazy
