Injecting steroids

Guys, anyone have a best injection technique to inject steroids? Any one of you experienced anything wrong when injecting, lessen learnt etc?

Just inject slowly and keep a steady hand. The tip of the needle is like a blade, excessive movement from nervousness or whatever will cause micro tears in your muscle fibers and they will react and flare up. Inject slowly. If you have a hard time injecting slowing go with a higher gauge needle. I use a 23g 1" syringe. Go to 25 if you cant inject slowly. Use the Z-Track method where a spot allows to prevent leakage after removing your pin.
