    Tren e and test syp stack help!

    Hello guys this is my first time doing any type of gear . I am 6'1 295 at about 23% body fat my goal by summer is to be 265 14-16 % I know alot have to do with diet and workouts but do u think this stack will help or hinder my chances ? Thanks for the help

    Body fat compounds estrogen related side's, and typically steroids are best used at sub 15%. Steroids themselves aren't used to burn fat. Although they may help in lowering BF via nutrient partitioning they're used specifically to spare lean muscle while in a caloric deficit. You already know the answer, you've said it yourself. Diet! Diet is the only way to burn body fat and keep it off. Forget about the steroids, they won't do what you're hoping they'll do. fortunately this website is so much more than steroids. Go to the nutrition forum, and start reading. Create your own thread there, stating your goals, your stats, and your diet. The guys there are diet guru's, they are truly knowledgable and will help you get to where you want to be!!!!

    Thanks bro it dose but I'm not only lookin to cut I want to build muscle and cut the fat I read tren helps produce leaner gains and helps slow down fat the fat conversion

    Tren is a very strong compound, with some extreme sides. I myself have several cycles under my belt, and have not tried it because i don't feel comfortable with it. First cycles should always be test only, so that you can get an idea of how your body will react to steroids. Stacking steroids for your first cycle is an issue because you won't know what compound is causing what side effect, making it difficult if not impossible to control.

    As far as your goals are concerned, it would seem as though there are some basics of bodybuilding that you need to understand. I'm oversimplifying a bit, but basically in order to gain muscle, you need to eat more calories than you burn, to shed fat you need to burn more calories than you eat. If you want to build muscle, your inevitably going to put on a little fat, or you don't worry about building muscle and focus on reducing BF.

    Regardless of these, you are far more likely to suffer strong and more stubborn sides at such a high body fat. You need to shed to at least 15% before you do this. I get the sense that you think taking test and tren will give you the body you want, but it doesn't quite work that way. Ditch the gear, get in the diet section.

    ^^ at 23% its a bad idea no matter what u want to do dude.. ud be better off to cut natty then run a cycle IMO..

    how did u arrive at 23%bf anyways? how was ur bf chekd?

    Okay thanks , cause don't get me wrong I'm not new to working out or any thing my lifts are strong I just got out of sports I'm 21 and have been lifting since I was 14 but for strength, speed and explosiveness looks wasn't rly my concern just wanted to know if the gear would help . Your information was very helpful thank you ill be sure to take it into consideration before making my decision

    At 21, all the issues I've previously stated go pale in comparison to the potential risk of permanently damaging your endocrine system. Have you even begun to research the possible effects of steroids on a still developing endocrine system? Even a steroid as mild as anavar can case permanent and very tangible life long issues if used at such a young age, to use tren is frankly insane.

    Do you not see how ridiculous it is to ask if it's a good idea to take these powerful hormones if you're determined to do them regardless?

    No still doing the research I meet with my dr for testing and everything on Monday . And you are right I am not willing to put anything with out research into my body . That is why I am asking for your opinion id rather learn from people that have experience dealing with it and are knowledgeable on the topic like you have proven to be.

    Diet is the key point u need focus on. AAS will do u more harm than good right now.

    Agree with all advice suggested so far. That bf needs to come down first for health issues and as a first cycle, keep it simple. Use testosterone only until you know how your body responds. Tren is HARSH.

    Keep in mind, nothing happens fast, not even with gear. Don't set unrealistic goals. People don't go from 23% to 15% quickly. That's nearly a 25lb loss of fat for you. It's going to take a lot of commitment and nutrition WILL be instrumental.

    Ok, lets talk reality. That, although a very admirable goal, is quite far away. You should start setting some short and mid term goals. You also have a lot of research to do about diet, because if you cannot perfect your diet you could end up taking all the steroids in the world and end up looking like Roseanne Barr, not Mariusz!!!!! Your first goal should be to get your body fat down, personally I would get down to 12% (or lower) as it doesn't matter how much muscle you build, if you can't cut you'll never have the look you want. THIS WILL BE HARD!!!!!! But if you can do it you clearly have have the discipline to keep going. If at 12% (or lower) you feel you need more muscle mass to get the look you want, then start trying to add lean mass. If you want to learn about steroids, please read all the stickies, and you'll find that now is about as far from when you want to do them as you can get.

    So get the hell off of this thread, and get into the nutrition forum, because the truth is ONLY DIET will let you hit your goals.

    I'm naturally very thin, so putting on muscle has always been my main goal. As far as cutting goes, I don't really need anything like this so my knowledge is less than basic. AS I UNDERSTAND IT, and others will be able to elaborate far more, that stack can be used safely and quite effectively. I've read a few post recently from other members that they do not use ASA, just the ephedra and caffein, although I'm not sure of the reason why. This is a question best asked of the diet guys on here, but as I have heard many respected members saying it's a fantastic stack. Just remember, ECA and everything else of their type can only aid with the right diet, without the right diet your just wasting your time and your health.

    Off the top off my head 405 and gbrice and a couple of others really know their diet stuff. 405 has before and after pics that will really help you understand the importance of diet.

    And I have always been a big boy I was 10.11 pounds and 22 inches tall when born and building muscle and strength generally come easy it's diet aspect lol
