At a lower body fat you can afford to add some fat to build muscle, but for now it's best to cut. So, that was a mouthful. Trust me, you're already a big boy, and you'll look pretty damn good just cutting down to show the muscle you already have!!!!!
So get the hell off of this thread, and get into the nutrition forum, because the truth is ONLY DIET will let you hit your goals.
