First Cycle - shorty - what exactly do I ask for?
Hi Guys,
Friend has a total of about 8 years lifting experience. Fairly consistent for the last 4 years. Pretty consistent for the last 2 years. Very consistent this past year. Over the last 2ish years has gained about 10llbs of lean mass. Friend has been researching cycles on and off for the past year and have finally decided on doing a short 4 week cylce of Test-prop. Friend was thinking 100mg ED. Friend has a connection but not a direct one so can't chat with the guy. Not sure exactly what to order (I don't know how all this stuff is package from a quantity perspective).
Friend wants to order enough for 2 x 4 week cycles complete with PCT. Novla on hand and Chlomid for PCT.
Can you guys tell exactly what should be asking for?
For those who might inquire diet looks something like this every day:
Wake- protein shake with steel cut oats, flax seed, hemp hears blueberries, raspberries, blackberrys and spinach
Shower- then 4 egg white scramble with onion and mushroom and hot sauce
Snack- almonds and hard boiled egg
Lunch- Chicken rice and broccoli
Snack- almonds and a hardboiled egg
Dinner- Sole, rice, and veg
Snack- chicken chunks tossed in garlic
Bedtime- cassein shake
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on all those meals to get good fats and there are also milled flax seeds and hemp hearts in every shake. There is a pre-workout protein shake and a post work out protein shake. Creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, ZMA, Multivitamen, Omega 3 sup, and ginsing daily.
Lift 4 days a week, do yoga 3 days a week, and do cardio 3 days a week. I take it easy on the cardio opting for short duration HIIT. If I stumble on my diet or lifting for even 1 week I can lose 4 llbs no problem. I am a serious ectomorph naturally.
First post but have been lurking for awhile. Hopefully don't get flamed too badly and sincere assistance is provided.

PS-Short cycle rationale is to avoid as many side affects as possible. Especially susceptible to negative DHT side. Thinking of following a 4 week on, 2 week PCT, 4week off, 4 week on approach for a little bit depending on how first shorty goes.
