    Tren ace & fat burning

Being that tren ace is a short ester and kicks relatively fast how long does the fat burning effects of it take to really start to work. Of course with your diet and training in check. Pls don't say it's all in your diet.. We all know that.. I'm asking with the diet and training how long does that effect of the compound take. Thx

To me, when i used to take tren, i would say around the third week... IF you consider fat burning ,being the night sweats, and having to change the bed sheets cause they were soaked, and my body temp was up 1 Degree from normal.

It repartitions nutrients well and assists in cutting because of that. But it doesn't just burn fat

Ok maybe I worded it wrong. Almost every thread on tren stats how it really leans you out and helps in drying you out. I'm not crazy am I? So I guess the question can change to: when does tren ace take effect. When does the compound saturate your body and start to take effect. Sorry for the confusion. I understand diet plays a 80% roll in cutting ,training 15% aas 5%.

Austinite mentioned this in another thread recently. Could you explain what this means/does? Nutrient partitioning.

    Thanks!

Basically it is a bit forgiving if your diet isnt perfect. You can still get fat while running tren, but due to the sweats, alot of people get the wrong idea that it burns fat. I dont know of any AAS that does this. If your diet is immaculate, you will lose some BF on of off tren.

What is amazing about Tren, and this is why it's given to livestock, is it allows one to build lean muscle gains with limited caloric intake (possibly even a caloric deficit) which is generally otherwise impossible. This lets the livestock grow bigger with less feed, which reduces costs and increases revenue.

So if you're looking to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, Tren can help accomplish that but it definitely comes with its share of side effects. But it doesn't exactly cause fat loss. Those AAS that are most likely to promote fat loss are DHT analogs, like Winstrol, Anavar, and Primo. But again I don't think any of them actually cause weight loss.

Like everyone else said it's mostly diet and to some extent exercise/cardio. But exercise in the absence of dieting is unlikely to work.

i thought there was a thread on here recently (maybe a video) where the dude was saying that whenever u were on tren and eating a large amount of carbs that the tren caused ur body temp to go up in relation to the amount of carbs ingested, or some type of thermogenesis or something like that? i dont remember exactly.

i also remember him saying that after eating carb heavy meals ur body temp would increase.. ill see if i can find it. was pretty interesting..

It increases the effieciency of how your macro's are shuttled to your cells! Your basicly getting more bang for the buck from the food you eat...even if it's not perfect!

Ahh very cool. I had the same impression that the OP did. That it was good for cutting/bulking, but whilst cutting it allowed you to really lean out. Thanks guys for the info!

Good stuff. I'm currently cutting. Following a diet that was advised to me by (405) and thank you for that. 2000 cals except I went 60/20/10 for macro and am leaning out. This is around 350 under tdee. My strength has increased and beginning to see muscle separation from BF dropping. My reason for question was, I wanted to see how much of it was due to diet and added cardio or tren. I think I get it now. Thanks for the replies.

It comes down to the ester Ace normally 7-10 days, E normally 2-3 weeks (for me).

Hey, where did your other 10% go lol????
