    Primobolan cycle, any thoughts?

I'm going to run a primo (200 ml weekly), test (100 ml weekly) and nolva e.d. Low dosages is a must for me.

I want to keep a very low bf, I have 5%, year round. I really don't want to gain one gram of fat.

I eat 2500/2600 calories on training days 5 or 6 times per week, and 2100/2200 on non training days. Macros: 65% protein, 20% fat and 15% carbs.
    I weigh 64 kilos.

How many calories should I raise in order to gain lean mass? (I said LEAN mass, :-).

Any other thoughts that you consider important would be welcome. Not doing anything besides primo, test and nolva.

    Thank you all!

I'm not English native... Sorry for my "not so good" English.

We need stats from you. Age, height, cycle experience, training experience. Accurate bf%.

If you are truly 64kg, then off the top of my head, you're already eating over maintenance. I think we will require pictures before we believe 5%bf.
Nolvadex is not an AI. Any HCG use? What about PCT?

Seriously, you'd have to look like your muscles and veins are popping out everywhere.

Your not running 5%bf year round. AND if you are, you ARE NOT asking for diet advise from anyone.

    Sorry T, but I won't!
My word should be enough! I'm 35 years old, I'm not 15, ok?
If you don't believe in my word it's your problem.
Has I said, I have only one word, wich is the truth!

I just want a simple answer to a simple question: how many calories should I raise in order to get lean mass with no fat.

    Thank you!

    353 extra cals per day.

Seriously, nobody can answer that question. Why don't you just start adding 200 extra cals per day and keep evaluating and take cals up or down accordingly.

In reality, you're not gonna bulk without putting on an ounce of fat!

200mg (not 200ml I assume) of primo a week is a waste of time.

5% year around? I find that very difficult to believe

It's kinda weird. Looks like he only has muscles in his core area.

Hard to tell from one photo but bf is low. Lack of definition or size in upper areas could be due to improper training. Again, one picture is limited, but nice work so far OP!

Again, 200mg primo is a wasted effort.

    Thank you, Stam!

I was thinking about adding 300 calories a day and go from there, so it's more or less what I was planning. I will add 250 calories in the first week, then I'll see what happens.

Most definitely. Anything less than 400mg/wk and you won't see a noticeable change and generally most people will start primo at 600mg/wk.

I haven't had any real concerns with primo. It's one of my preferred compounds for lean gains. I have seen my PSA shoot up with primo but I was also running mast at the time and high levels of test so its possible the high test and/or the mast (an elevate DHT levels) were causing the high PSA.

Here's an idea. Stop worrying about fat so much and eat during this cycle and lets put on some muscle. Don't equate low bodyfat to being muscular. If you are, you're doing it wrong.

I will do that. Raise my calories, 300 daily, half carbs, half protein.
I will lose some definition in order to make more solid gains. Take the most of the cycle.
I'm going to run 400 mg weekly, instead of the 200 I was thinking in the beginning.

Thanks Stem, Ink and Kelkel. You gave me the guidance I needed.
