    Test Tren huge gains 1st week

    Hi all.
    I'm a Little bit concerned with my gains, I'm on a bulking diet, naturally I couldn't pass 80kg, now after 1 week I'm between 84-85kg!! thats amazing.
    tren A 50mg ED and susta 250 E3D along with aromasin and caber.
    Is this normal? last time with test tren on cutting diet, I went from 73kg-79kg within the first weeks. then after some weeks, I dropped to a stable 76kg for the rest of the cycle.
    Muscle, its not likely after 1 week, could it be wáter retention??? why does my cycle always kick in hard, and then, recomp desappears by week 3-4. normally it should be reverse....

    What has your diet been like? I'm sure this will explain it if your are " bulking " and eating well over maintenance.

    Maybe your natural test levels are super low after all the cycles and poor PCT's you have been doing?

    But yes, please post your diet.

    proteinshake 8.30h
    proteinbar 30gr
    cup of weat
    tuna w/o salt 10h
    bag of dryed out bread 30-50gr
    protein bar 12h
    tuna sandwich 13h
    sándwich or cicken with rice 14h
    Proteinshake
    20gr rice with milk 16h
    weat 18.30h
    training 19h
    protein shake 22h
    chicken with vegetables 22.30h


    as you see, this diet is not a profesional diet, but I tried to do a good diet once, and I see I don't have the time for it. and my genetics, gives me the chance to eat dirty
    and not put on so much fat.

    but now back to the point, this summer I went from 73kg to 76kg lean, then in PCT, I gained in 4 months, nearby 4kg (without loosing my abs), strength went trough the roof during PCT, and started this cycle with 79,5-80kg
    now after a week I reached 84kg, but until now, no sides at all, no insomnia no sweat, no agressiveness only a Little brainfog during work. I think, I lost some %BF, abs are a Little more visible.

    lol bag of dried out bread... yeah this diet needs improvement. Huge water gains and no doubt some fat gain is what would explain all this.
