whats the minimum dose to run eq at ?

when running eq for a first time whats a good dose ? im thinking 6-900mg ?

As long as I know Eq has the same Anabolic ratio as test, so the dose should be equal, from 400-600. Since its undecanoate ester, you could frontload it to have a quicker response. Be careful with BP

Bro I told you before and I will say it again.READ Eq has been discussed hunders of times here.Eq is a very weak compound that has to be run a long time.Like 16 weeks and at 600mg a week it raises your RBC count and all for some vascularity.READ bro!

Well, I wouldn't call it a complete waste if you are going to do it for a bulking cycle, since it is highly likely that EQ will give you an appetite that of an ox, which will lead you to eat well over your daily maintenance. If you are an ecto who is desperate for gains, cycling EQ at high doses may be a good idea in that regard. You'll need at least a weekly dosage of 600mg...

I would disagree with you there. I don't think it's weak at all and use it most of the year to maintain hardness and vasc.

400-600mg is a pretty good range for most men.

I ran it recently. It worked well for me but like everyone said, you have to run large amounts and for longer periods for it to be effective.

I was running 250 EOD. I would not run less than 750wk.

I will not include it again...ever (because of the sheer amount required to produce results..$$)

BUT, if youre set on using it, go for it but do it right.
