Please Help Test-E and Dbal!?

Ok im ab to start a cycle. 8 weeks of test-e injections 500mg a week and 4 weeks of dbal 50mg oral A DAY..... would u guys start both of them at the same time or start one first then the other one later please help.. first cycle I have done

8weeks is not enough for test E, do at least 10.

Start both of them same day!

1-10 test e
1-4 dbol

Don't forget to add AI and HCG to your cycle

PCT = CLOMID + NOLVA

As Soar already said, from day one... either Aromasin or arimadex ( some prefer aromasin, but i prefer arimadex ) i use arimadex .50mg every 3 day , if i get sore nipples i go .25mg everyday.... you also need HCG and use it the entire cycle, 2 times a week at 250iu each injection... also need clomid and Nolvadex for Post cycle therapy .

you mean Arimidex at .25mg...i would start 0.25 mg AI EOD and make it ED if you get high estrogen sides...
HCG twice a week not once.

Yes use arimidex EOD .25mg during the cycle. HCG 2xweek at 250mg. Wait 10 days after cycle then start the PCT of Nolva(.20mg)ED, arimidex (.25)ED, Clomid 100mg 1 week ED, then .75 ED for the 2nd week, then 50mg for the third week. Then the arimidex .25 ED and Nolva 20mg ED for 2 weeks. This is good for a 8-12 week cycle. ALSO use the arimidex and nolva the whole time.
