Hey Board,
I have given this much thought since I,ve been back on the boards about making this comment.
Mods, if you feel like this is the wrong place for this, by all means remove it.
I see alot of young people coming on the boards looking for advice and even inspiration on lifting, diets, and yes steriod use.
I see alot of good advise and knowlege passed on to others from our members both young and old.
This is a great place to learn and educate yourself on the wonderful sport of weight training.
Now....... the hard part.
Wouldnt you be more credible to a person seeking advice if you would post a pic of yourself and your results in your profile.
I read alot of really great comments from guys on here, only to find when I visit their profile, I only see stats, like 6'1" 235 lbs 12%BF but no pics.
I know we want our privacy, but we tell kids what they should and shouldnt do,then we put up avatars of bodybuilders and the hulk, but nothing to show all the hard work and effort we all put in day after day.
At 50, I am very proud of what I have been able to achieve and maintain through many kinds of setbacks.
Am I were I want to be? of course not, but I dont mind sharing were Im at either.
Please.......... guys..............before you start the flames

Im not knocking anyone that dosent have pics up on their profiles, thats you busniness not mine.........Just tryin to point out what alot of these guys seen when they come on the board looking for help.
Flame Away !!
