need some help
I have been working out for acouple years and haven't been putting on alot of muscle.I have been drinking alot of protien shakes.What would be a good pill to start useing?

What's your diet look like?
Can you write Down everything you ate yesterday please.

When all else fails check the diet.Most people think they are eating more than they really are.Stay away from bags of dry bread not a good thing! And ice cream too!

Stop trying to drink your food. Eat more solid meals and add shakes as an extra if anything. Real food is king if you want to add size. No pill can contest that!

Save money on the shakes and go to walmart and get a pack of chicken breast and 4 cartons of egg whites... You can mash all that up and stuff in a pill if you would like, but far easier to just eat it!
