Just got back in from gym (back and bis) and my arms are so tight ! 6th day of var and I have heard that strong pumps were a side effect, Well I can tell you for sure, the pumps are Awesome!

Only down side I see is it does cut down on the reps alittle. Maybe just takes awhile to get use to it.

If I don't take 5g - 7g taurine a day on var the pumps are actually counterproductive to my wo's and make cardio damn near impossible.

I find this to be the case as well.

And by the way, all anabolic steroids increase pumps due to an increase in intracellular water retention in the muscles, and, more importantly: increased hemoglobin/red blood cell count. More red blood cells = a hell of a stronger more volumized pump.

Some anabolic steroids increase red blood cell count more than others. Anadrol is one, Equipoise is another (hence why Anadrol is/was used exclusively for anemic patients in medicine, and as are all anabolic steroids). But this is an effect characteristic of ALL anabolic steroids.

I understand that all steriods can increase a pump, Ive been on cycle now for 5 weeks ( my 6th) But this is the first cycle with anavar and the pumps are way harder than normal!
