Fellas I'm doing propionate and winstrol... I want to take every precaution because I don't want gyno.. Please let me know if this is ok to take.
Novaldex 1 a day for the 6 week cycle
Proviron 1 a day for the 6 week cycle
Arimidex 1 every Other day for 6 week cycle
Clomids after my last shot.. How should I take the clomids???? Please help

Use the Nolva post cycle to aid recovery consider hCG to keep from having testicular atrophy and accompanied pain, do a quick search on pct its is EVERYWHERE in this forum. You should give more info diet, weight , age, bf%, height cycle history if any, w/o routine and length of time in the gym glad to offer more help with more in info aslo I am far from the knowledge of many here but 6 weeks pretty short? What are you dosing @ how many times a week there is a lot missing to be able to give much advice but a quick use of the search bar will yeild the answer to pct/ anti estro . Sure 195lbs 6ft I have been going to the gym consistently for 4 years straight... My diet is stellar very high in protein no junk food what so ever... The reason I am being cautious is because 2 years ago I did prop and my nipples were getting overly puffy and I believe I am at risk of gyno... So I have all these anti-estrogen blockers... I'm doing 50 mgs of win every other day and 300 mgs total of prop a week

With 300mg of test/week and winny 50mg eod you will be fine with adex .25 eod or aromasin 12.5mg eod.

Add nolva to your clomid for PCT and you can throw 50mg of proviton too if youll have problem with libido.

It was pretty much all covered here. Adex .25 ed. Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20 as a pct.

And I would suggest you seriously consider adding in HCG unless you enjoy the whole testicular atrophy thing

Spend some time here tonight reading the sticky threads as well as estrogen and pct related threads.

When it comes to your AI your dosage is really contingent on BW and knowing your body. Most cycles of test at 500mg per week the normal adex dose is .25 eod. You may not need this much as your dose is less. Keep that in mind. It's all about balance. You do not want to crash your E. You would not like it.
