Jay Cutler claimed on one of his vids that over training wasn't possible with enough food and rest. I think especially for us older dudes this isn't accurate. 16 weeks ago roughly when I started my cycle I was training one body part per day, 6 times in a row. Heavy, to failure each set . I got solid results, but after 3-4 weeks my joints started hurting (elbows) and I had some muscle issues deep in my quad from heavy leg presses. Also, I was tired, real tired after my workout and dragged my ass the rest of the day. So, I cut back for 2 weeks as a test, training every other day. I immediately felt better and have been using the same sked since. I do train 2 days in a row often, but never 3. Any thoughts?
