Just finished my 2nd cycle.and 10 weeks pct.
Cycle was:
325 sust 2x per week.
300 deca 2x per week.
Teranaplex 40mg every day.
Ran HCG from week 5-14
Currently
On clomid and nolva
Got good gains in mussle expexted more.
My current stats
92 kg
1.78cm
Bf 15%
Max bench 120 kg.
But before I putt my head in a bee's nest.
I need info on good cycle, with all the AI and Pct before I start.
What will be good 3rd cycle for bulking lean mussle.
Want to add 5cm on biceps and 10 cm on chest in my next season 2013.
How long before I start again.
What to use. I train 5-6 times per week
