This may sound like a dumb question, but do you need PCT after taking HGH? And what are the sides?

No, you do not need a PCT plan because of HGH. It has no affect on your natural testosterone production.

Side effects, water retention, especially around the ankles and wrist can be common, especially in the early stages of use. Should decrease after a time, high doses being the exception. Some experience flu like symptoms when they first start taking HGH but it's not common and should subside after a few days. Joint pain may also occur as well as headaches.

Other possible side effects, hypothyroidism, which is why some will take a low dose of T3 with their HGH. Nausea, dizziness, respiratory infection and numbness of the skin are also possible but very rare. Not too common with moderate doses but very possible with high doses initially is short-term type 2 diabetes. Then you have the enlargement of internal organs, hands, feet and jaw line...these effects should, however, not be a concern with low to moderate doses. It really takes a lot of HGH at a high dose for a long period of time for those effects to occur.
