    dbol sus 250 cycle

    age: 25
    height: 5'9
    weight: 170 lbs

    week 1-6: 500 mg sustanon 250, pinned monday and thursday, 30 mg dbol everyday
    week 6 -12: 500 mg sustanon 250, pinned monday and thursday

    PCT: nolvadex 40/40/20/20

    i will be eating just over 5000 calories, 300 fat, 400 protein.

    does anyone have any advice? this is my second cycle. Also im using "blue heart" dbol and gen pharma sus. Thanks

    Where do you get 5000 cals a day? That is a lot for someone of your size. I would visit the nutrition section and work on your diet before I start. Also sust is best if pinned eod and you should run hcg 250iu 2x per week from start till pct. cycle needs work bro. Get it wired out before you start.

    my first cycle was sus 350 600 mg a week for 7 weeks. Im really confident with my diet aswell i had a lot of help, i eat a lot of eggs, tuna, salmon, chicken breast, steak, parmesian cheese,avocados, cottage cheese and nuts.

    Ok looks like im gonna have to try get hcg before i do anything, thanks.

    Yeah pin sus every other day cause of the short esters. If your going to do a 12 weeks cycle of test/dbol and only want to pin twice a week your better off with test e bra

    Also my body type is ecotmorph and i do a lot of exercise (out side of gym) every week so a lot of calories is necessary.

    Im curious why would you would run suss for 7 weeks? You should of ran straight prop if your doing it that short. Did you frontload??

    it was meant to be 10 weeks but my source had issues to say the least. No i did not frontload? does that mean the first dose is higher? Also sorry what does every other day mean?

    How else can it be worded. Every other day means Stick a needle in your ass every 2nd day or 3.5 times are week. Because sus is a blend if 4 esters long/short to keep stable blood levels you got to pin every other day not everyday but the day after everyday. You should not of started your cycle untill you had everything in your hands 7 weeks of sus with no front load seems like a waste. What were the gains like bro? And yes front load is were you blast it at the start.

    I'm not trying to flame you bro but your diet may be full of "good" things but its far from solid. Just visit the nutrition section and see what they say. The way I look at it is why not get the most out of a cycle as you can and that comes from diet.

    Yes you should of had hcg from the start but you can start when you get it.

    Never start a cycle until you have all the components/ products in hand. This is where so many get screwed up.

    I put on 6 kgs, but i lost about 1.5 kgs after with PCT. Ok that makes a lot more sense thanks.
