What day of cycle do you start AI

47yr old, 5'6" 172lbs 15% bf . Will be running 2nd cycle- simple 500mg. Test Cyp/ week for 12 weeks, 250IU hgc 2x/ week m Adex .25mg EOD and on HRT so no PCT.
My question is what day do I start my Adex? Day of my 1st pin, day before, day after or does it not matter as long as its EOD till I get bloodwork in 6 weeks to check levels?

So, on the same day of Pin#1, slurp .25mg of Adex then EOD after. What if I front load the Test E w/ the first pin? Does that change your recommendation?

Start on the same day mate .25 eod and adjust accordingly then stop day befor your pct.
