Not sure bf % if I was guessing I would say about 15%
Done a few cycles
1st cycle test e
2nd test e, bold, var
3rd test e, masteron, tren
This time round though I really just want to do var, see how goes.
It will shut your test down and make you feel like crap, you need to add testosterone into the mix.
Yea I know that's what is recommended but then again others have had good results
Just like they say u can't have children while on cycle and I have got wife pregnant during each of my cycles. So I don't believe it shuts me down completely, also it has been said that your body does not completely shut down.
If I do I can always get so e prop do I'm not fussed.
Anyway how much milk thistle, liv 52 would u say?

Just want to give the var a go on its own.
If I start to feel so so I'm only going to low dose some test, 250mg a week..
If u were to choose a test would u go sus, test e or cyp..

I'd run Test straight form the start of the cycle, it shuts down your hpta and its not worth limiting your gains because without doubt it shsuts you down so do it right IMHO.

I wondered the exact same thing! But after searching around I found that even the manufacturers didn't want to recommend a dosage in fact all the retail suppliers withdrew there's from the shelves as milk thistle was dosed up wrong and a massive re-branding is happening in the UK so trying to get hold of the stuff was impossible apart from a few over priced packs of 30! But still the guys in the shop wouldn't say how much of it I should take!
So me personally after looking around on different forums and health sites I'm comfortable taking between 60mg - 120mg per day it may be low or a little high but i think it's some where in the middle and since I've been taking it I personally feel better, although this might be the placebo affect my test was as drinking alcohol as stupid as it sounds, before the milk thistle I drank some alcohol about 1/10 of what I would usually and boy did I feel it, this was because my liver was under stress from the var & tren, but after taking milk thistle for a week I had the same amount and felt nothing of the same in fact I could of carried on but I didn't.
So to anwer your question I think your atrium the correct doesage until some one with more experience than my self answers! :-)
This is ridiculous.
Just use at least a TRT dose of Testosterone with your Anavar. Running Anavar alone is a bad idea.
