NEW GUY here with a simple ? can i post a UGL name and ask for feedback/advice?

guys I'm new and not sure so I wanted to ask before i post this......

am I allowed to post 2 different UGL names to ask for feed back/experience/advice ????

some sites allow UGL Names to be mentioned and others don't!! truth is my guy gave me some junk UGL lab so i got a new guy offering me 2 solid UGL links but i have no idea and dont wanna get fuked over again so i thought this place is good place to ask or get some solid feedback?

so if i get the thumbs up ill post the name of the 2 labs if not nm.......
