history: i have done one cycle of test and deca 1year ago..i had realy good gains and kept alot of it as i was 155lbs when i started..i have been lifting hard for about 5yrs now..i want to start a new cycle for good lean mass...so im looking for some help from vets any help would be much appreciated..so here is what i want to do
