    sust cycle length

    Does anyone have any thoughts on an 8 week sust250 cycle? First cycle, just wanting to start out small i guess. Thanks

    sus needs to be ran for longer to be honest

    27 yrs old...5'9" 170 lbs just finished a bulk that took me to 185 but I gain far too much fat...close to 2020%+ without the math I would have to say I am hovering around 16 percent body fat now. I would not start until I was lower, just looking into how much to get. Been "knowledgably" (that a word??) training for about 2 years, but lifting since high school. my plan was to lean out and enjoy the spring and summer, then bulk in the fall. my main reason for going short was that I assume I will be sensitive 2 sides. I assume this because of the way I carry weight.

    lose some weight buddy. Ive ran sus for 8 and 12 weeks. When I ran it for 8 weeks I ended up extending the cycle to 12 as I was still growing rapidly. It would have been a waste to stop.

    Long story short, you will benefit more from 12 weeks.

    I plan on losing weight, as i said, i have solid musculature, I've been active and weightlifting for a while, if anything I'm guessing high on bf%, my bulk was quite clean...i think I'll shoot for 8 but have enough for 12 on hand....still reading up in this particular aas, but I'm about to get it and wanted to get the correct amount. Thanks guys

    I'm on sust 250 right now. Started at 172 10%bf and I'm up to 195 by halfway thru week 8! I got another vial as I'm still growing quite well to take it to 12. Pinning 1ml every 3 days. I think it's a great first cycle IMO. No sides other than outrageous acne on my back even with a was and swimming once a week. But I still like it as a standalone. Wouldn't use it if I was stacking compounds but that's another story.

    I would shoot for 12wk man. But you gotta get that b/f at least under 15%. Preferably 12%. The higher it is the greater the risk of sides are

    Thanks for the response! Yea i plan to get to ten percent, but will feel on the skinny side (as i said, i know to drop body fat guys! Lol, this is advance advance planning for a fall or winter cycle)

    Hey Chive, how lean and fat free are your gains? Your diet is pretty clean i assume??

    Never knew this was thought of as a good option for a first cycle, what are your reasons for using sustanon . I was under the impression there were better options, since sus contains both long and short ester compounds so proper pin times can be a pain.

    I agree totally. Blends for a first cycle are not recommended by me that's for sure. And quite frankly, pick an ester..nevermind the blends.

    If you want to run a cycle for 8 wks, then pick up some Prop. if you want to run one 12 wks or longer, pick up some Enth or Cyp. Don't complicate your cycle with blends that have short, medium, and long esters.

    And lastly "outrageous back acne" is a SIDE EFFECT..and a big one at that!

    Well bacne sounds awful haha.....as for why sust, it's better than nothing tho right?? I eat well, train hard, am NOT large framed and feel I've gotten decent results naturally, gonna expand my horizons i suppose

    I agree. First cycle needs to be a basic test c or e. I am a fan of sust but it needs to be pinned frequently for best results and takes a bit more management then a basic starter cycle does. Your in week 8? Run it to 12 then pct as protocol. Read stickies on pct if you haven't already.

    ok, sust is what i can get, this isn't a "fishing"post so I've avoided saying that.....i am well read on pct, just looking into sust more exclusively now for obvious reasons.....i could pin easily, workout partner (and good friend)'s wife is a nurse if i had issues but i think I'll be fine.....will have plenty of options to battle sides and for pct.
