    Help on clen cycle! Please brothers!(:

    So I' am planning to run a cycle of CLEN my question are how is this DOSE:
    1 day 20 mcg
    2 day 20 mcg
    3 day 40 mcg
    4 day 40 mcg
    5 day 60 mcg
    6 day 60 mcg
    7 day 80 mcg
    8 day 80 mcg
    9 day 60 mcg
    10 day 60 mcg
    11 day 40 mcg
    12 day 40 mcg
    13 day 20 mcg
    14 day 20 mcg

    Thats for the FIRST CYLE the second one will start with 40 mcg and the third and FINAL one will start with 60 mcg! ANOTHER Question is HOW MANY HOURS IN BETWEEN DOSES? I will supplement with TAURINE and potassium any other supplement I should use?

    I' am 5'10 189 lbs 20% body fat

    Ok, i posted this in your other thread, I'm gonna post the same reply to your same question.



    At 20% all you need is a good diet and cardio plan. If you don't have that you don't deserve to run any compounds.

    Please visit the nutrition section of this site and read the cutting 101 stickie. Write up a proposes diet for critique.

    ^^^agree with everyone.


    It may not be what you want to hear, but diet really is the key to everything! Once you build those good eating habits, the supps will come into play. I've had countless trials from my early days without results...I learned real fast that eating whatever I wanted including Taco Bell at 2 am every night wasn't going to work...I got my diet on track and BOOM, results were there! Good luck bro!

    I told you as well brother that I had my diet in check especially for my somatotype! I had stopped training for some severe family problems!! Just recently got back a lil bit to heavy!! I got down on my self from 25% to 20% just by this months I recently got back into training but its a really slow process as you may know... And was looking for and EXTRA BOOST!

    I do have my diet in check, brother!! Like I said I did cut by my self from 25% to 20% on these few months I got back into training I' am just looking for an extra boost since as you know its a really slow process!! But I do have my diet and training in check!! Thank you bro!! (:

    Stay away from clen or any other thermogenic until you halve your bodyfat. Nobody is going to condone the use of clen at your %. Eat right and train hard, regardless of your body type. I'll assume you are already well aware of the potential risks of clen.

    Yes I' am aware of the dangers! Everything in this life has side effects even some foods react different to each people... And I am training hard and eating right losing around 1 to 2 pounds a week... Like I said I just wanted the extra boost !! Thank you, bro!! (:

    Wait you lost 5% bodyfat in a few months and you feel you need an extra boost?
