Gains from AAS vs SARMs

I've read multiple places of people gaining 4-6lbs from a 4-8 week cycle of Ostarine.

Do you guys believe this or does it seem exaggerated?


Also, on a typical cycle of test or whatever most of you use, how much lean muscle do you gain. (after pct and such) ?

Gaining muscle depend on diet training and mostly genetic, some people can get to point naturally that some cant reach with AAS.

Personally I wouldn't mess with proH!

I don't think that Ostarine is a proH... And I'm more searching for, 5 ostarine cycles adds up to 1 test cycle, something along the lines of that. I know what I will receive will be un-proven more than likely and very general.

Naw it's a SARM. Although I don't understand why anyone does Ph's over cycling with test.

OStarine isnt PH YES. but he was right. dont mess with Ph at all.. they really mess me up good!!!
i think SARMS are no way as effective as AAS. i have heard that Ostarine cycle will increase your appetite so weight gains might have to do with actual increase of caloric intake. atleast 70% of the gains or so. i believe they DO shut you down in some cases so a PCT is still required

As long as you're over your caloric maintenance than eating more should have no difference, except for fat gain. Unless I missed something.
I know they are no way as effective, but maybe 5 cycles of them are effective as 1 of AAS.

Also, the only shut down that have been reported were people doing way higher doses than recommended.
