    What should i take!?

    I am simply doing my "homework" before I go out and buy some steroids. What should I get?

    Stats
    166-170 lbs
    5'11''
    Age 19
    I've been lifting on and off for 2 yrs

    I know I'm young but I'm curious as to what I should take if anything....don't just post"your too you g"

    I've taken a cycle of winstrol about a year ago but after playing basketball non stop through the summer I lost the extra weight

    You just did get the answer you are looking for. Without proper nutrition you can do all the steroids you want and you will not grow.

    I'd like to congratulate you on at least posing the possibility that you SHOULDN'T take anything right now instead of coming off with the typical, "I'm gonna do this, regardless of what you guys tell me so just tell me what/how to take AAS." It shows you have a level head and are open to hearing all sides of the story.

    Having said that, listen to the above members...eat, workout, eat, rest and then repeat. No here is telling you "never ever ever do AAS." They're telling you that it will be detrimental for you at this point and that you need to be a MAN, accept that fact and continue building an awesome foundation until you reach the age where the potential for life long endo damage is at its minimal level.

    You are in the right place for learning. If you do the right thing, what a man would do, then you will be so much better off and these guys here will help you every step of the way...if you do this the right way.

    I drink a gallon of water per day

    3000+ calories
    At least 170g of protein
    Idk about fats or carbs
    I drink 3-5 glasses of milk per day
    I'm taking some supplements( whey,creatine, etc)
    I eat about 4 meals and 2 snacks per day

    Need to track everything!

    Ur diet is on track? Well i could eat 3000cals worth of pizza and say mine is on track, without numbers you wont get anywhere!

    you need to get your diet sorted out. Not flaming but this kind of commitment is not what you need in order to grow with or without aas.

    perhaps try some creatine? And dextrose? i wouldnt say dieting, that to me is when ur trying to lean down! Buildign muscle is easy and you dont have to be super strict on your diet!

    I wouldn't touch it. I prefer carbs from real food. Brown rice, oatmeal and sweet potatoes

    Dude, I understand...I have two kids in your age bracket. You're all the same. You want what you want, when you want. Well, wake up bud...it doesn't work that way in this game or in life. I don't care what you take. You haven't learned how to eat. Period. I don't care if you want to hear it or not. That's it. Its the truth and the quicker you come to terms with it the quicker you'll start making some type of progress. You gotta learn some patience or life is going to be a long hard road for you to travel. I'm telling you right now, you are not going to build "quick" muscle. Or at least build and KEEP it.

    As much chicken, rice and eggs as you can pack into your gut without vomiting. Wash down with water and do the same for roughly 3 months.

    Simply put, at your age your bodies ability to produce natural "T" is mind boggling to say the least. Dont Phuck it up.....
    Learn to eat eat eat and put in some quality time in the gym.....Youll be light years ahead of the game when time comes to get involved in AAS

    With that attitude you should not even considere aas However...

    if you are really going to take anything start with a simple test-e for 12 weeks read all you can about AI/HCG/PCT.

    All aas of the world will be useless if you dont train and eat properly...

    If you do that right now I assure you that you will do yourself more harm than good... IMO it do not worth it...

    Don't go down this road if you don't know where it could lead.

    op srs you dont need steroids at this point, your test should be plenty high unless you fck'ed yourself up w the last cycle.
