    questions from a beginer

    Hey everybody, I am looking into taking a few cycles and want to know what would be the best for my body type, goals, and lift schedule. I am a powerlifter type body frame, but I want to get leaner and add more mass . I train 6 days a week currently, 2 days of cardio for an hour a piece. Any help would be appreciated!

    21 years old
    6'4
    285 lbs
    20" arms
    20" calf's
    38" quads

    Welcome! Like our Chiver buddy said 21 is way to young. At your size you're a monster already, I would suggest cutting some fat naturally with diet and the dreaded cardio word...

    Bro cycling at your age can cause serious damage to your endo system.This will cause Ed loss of libdo, depression.Seems like you are off to a good start.Dont ruin it now.Hit the diet section post your dirt and they will help you out.

    Thanks for the input guys. Yeah it would be my first cycle, i have friends that are currently on cycles that are my age, didn't really know the difference in being older and taking and being young and taking.
