    CORTISOL, AM ( baseline) 23.7 ug/dl 5.0-25.0
FSH 2.1 mIU/mL 1.5-12.4 ( THIS MIGHT BE REASON I HAVE LOWER EJACULATION VOLUME FROM BEFORE, SHOULD I LOOK INTO HMG ? )

Prolactin, Serum 16.2 ng/mL 4.0-15.2 ( i think it was causing my the problems i had/still have some , the PH i took had side effect of raising prolactin ) I READ IT CAN CAUSE ED

DHEA 21.1 ng/mL 1.8-12.5 dont know what is this but its high!

    LH 5.8 mIU/mL 1.7-8.6
    Growth hormone <0.1 ng/mL <0.3

    Estradoil 29.27 pg/mL 7.63-42.60

    C-peptide, serum 0.65 ng/mL 0.81-3.85 ( low)

    SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN 39 nmol/L 10-57

    IGF-I ( SOMATOMOMEDIN-C) 190 ng/mL 116-424

    Testosterone , Total,S. 673.8 ng/dL 249.0-836.0

    testosterone , Free , Serum 12.45 pg/mL 8.80-27.00 ( LOW ? )

    % free testosterone 1.9 LOW 2.0-4.8

    TSH 2.140 UIU/ML 0.270-4.200
    FT3 2.82 pg/mL 2.00-4.200
    FT4 1.42 ng/mL 0.93-1.70

    Folate ( folic acid) 11.1 ng/mL 7.2-15.4
    Vitamin B12 652 pg/mL 211-946
    Vitamin D 19 LOW ng/mL 30-100

    LIPID PANEL

    CHOL 134 mg/dL 120-220
    TRIG 42 mg/DL 30-150
    HDL 44 mg/DL 35-80
    LDLC 81 mg/DL 0-130

    PSA, total
    PSA 0.58 ng/mL 0.00-4.40

let me know what you think
doctor said you are fine, i told her about Prolactin and DHEA being high , she said its ok!!! i asked her about caber and she was like dont take that you get testicular cancer
she is really dumb so i dont know!!!
she also said that "testosterone free serum " is on the low side because of SHBG being little on high side

also look into my IGF-I isnt it low !?!?

PS. i read that high prolactin could cause Erectile Dysfunction.. i had bad one and it got better , much beter
but i still have MINOR ED every now and then ... could that be related ?

At a first glance, Cortisol seems very high. What did your doctor say about this?

Estradiol also looks high. High Estradiol levels in men are associated with too many issues for me to list here. Did your doctor comment on this?

    IGF-1 is apparently low too.

Your total testosterone level is very good for someone who has suffered from low test in the past; however, free test is on the low side as you also mentioned. Free test plays a very important role in anabolism and it is thus crucial for a male to maintain high free test levels.

Lastly, there is direct correlation between free test serum levels and SHBG levels. Bioavailability of sex hormones is influenced by the level of SHBG since SHBG inhibits the function of both testosterone and estradiol that circulate in the bloodstream. We know that high estrogen levels cause an increment in SHBG levels. We also know that high estradiol levels refer to high estrogen levels, since estradiol is a type of estrogen.

    What are your estrogen levels?

She said cortisol is little high but its normal
    She doesnt know anything
She said estrogen is good cuz its in the 20's
Igf little low she said that too. She focused on prolactin being too high
At the end she said you are good and i cant give you anything
What do you think i should do ?
    How to bring estrogen,prolactin lower
And increase free test and igf
Is there anyway i can dO that ?
On a different issue . I had high blood pressure like 140/110
    Maybe estrogen related ?

    Im around 12!
i barely have any at my stomach

Also FSH is low and Igf is low
    Its messed up

I read a study that low vitamin D leads to higher SHBG and therefore reduction in natural testosterone and decrease in IgF
Im going to supplement Vitamin D to get it higher
    And vitamin b6 for prolactin
And go for couple of months and see what happens

    Also my question
    1) proviron to lower SHBG ?
    2) HCG /HMG to increase FSH ( LH is fine )
    3) caber or prami for prolactin or vitamin b6 ?
    4) what do i do for cortisol ?
    5) i eat alot of buffalo sauce with chicken which is extremely rich in sodium
And add alot of salt which might have lead to higher blood pressure
Do i take nolvadex for like 4-6 weeks at low dose ? With caber ?
    6) as you can see my FSH is low ( my ejaculation Volume is down from before PH cycle to about 1/3 and sometimes 1/2
So that must be reason. From my research higher prolactin leads to lower FSH....
I looked into how can i bring the prolactin down or fsh up and
I came out with vitamin b6, deprenyl
And if that doesnt work then caber
Hopefully lowering prolactin will increase FSh
Or else i dont know what to do

Everything looks pretty good aside from the Prolactin, Cortisol, Estradiol & the IGF - 1, though I'm not too sure about the IGF, I'll have to look further into that one.

High Cortisol doesn't cause any "issues" that I can recall, I could be wrong (it's been a while since i researched this stuff) but I'm thinking that high Estradiol could be the culprit here, you should talk to the Doc. specifically about this. And I don't see any E2 recording on this panel, if you knew that, it could be a great help.

Now on to the Prolactin, your levels are about 3 times what they should be for a male. I would talk to the Doc. about helping you with this, if she wont or doesn't know how, then I would self medicate.

she said that the Estradiol is within range and its far away from high end...
she took more blood in order to repeat that prolactin test... from my research low IGF is from low Vitamin D and therefore higher SHBG and less free testosterone .
SHe said i wont give you anything cuz you are perfectly healthy
im going to ask her for pituitary MRI just incase
i got some VItamin D , and Zinc, i read they will supress SHBG and hopefully get that IGF higher

as for prolactin , i could get prami, bromo, caber, anything
i have alot of Vitamin B6 so i will start 300mg X 2 per day for like 2 months .... any recommendation ?

I have no recommendation for B vitamins. If the Doc. won't help, do it yourself & then go get blood work again in a month or 2.

FSH 2.1 mIU/mL 1.5-12.4 ( THIS MIGHT BE REASON I HAVE LOWER EJACULATION VOLUME FROM BEFORE, SHOULD I LOOK INTO HMG ? ) High cortisol (stress hormone) has multiple debiliting factors including hurting your test level as well as crushing your dhea level. DHEA is in your hormone cascade - basically cholesterol-pregnenolone-progesterone-dhea-test-dht-estrogen and many side bars in between

Prolactin, Serum 16.2 ng/mL 4.0-15.2 ( i think it was causing my the problems i had/still have some , the PH i took had side effect of raising prolactin ) I READ IT CAN CAUSE ED Will definitely cause libido/ejaculatory issues. Get caber asap! Maybe .25 x 2 per week will crush your prolactin level IMHO

DHEA 21.1 ng/mL 1.8-12.5 dont know what is this but its high! Answered above but never hurts to add in micronized dhea at maybe 25mg then test results dependent up to no more than 50. LEF.com's dhea is all micronized. non-micro won't do crap for you.

    LH 5.8 mIU/mL 1.7-8.6 good
    Growth hormone <0.1 ng/mL <0.3

Estradoil 29.27 pg/mL 7.63-42.60 Does not appear to be a sensitive assay which makes it pretty much worthless

    C-peptide, serum 0.65 ng/mL 0.81-3.85 ( low)

SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOBULIN 39 nmol/L 10-57 Tad high. Vit D3 will help suppress it and allow more free T, as will Nettle Root and avena co-sides. Prescription Danazol will work but I don't think you need that course of action

    IGF-I ( SOMATOMOMEDIN-C) 190 ng/mL 116-424 Again, correct cortisol issues

    Testosterone , Total,S. 673.8 ng/dL 249.0-836.0 good

    testosterone , Free , Serum 12.45 pg/mL 8.80-27.00 ( LOW ? ) yes, low

    % free testosterone 1.9 LOW 2.0-4.8 want this between 2 & 3. Closer to 3

    TSH 2.140 UIU/ML 0.270-4.200 better range .3 - 3.0.
    FT3 2.82 pg/mL 2.00-4.200 mid-range would like higher
    FT4 1.42 ng/mL 0.93-1.70

    Folate ( folic acid) 11.1 ng/mL 7.2-15.4
    Vitamin B12 652 pg/mL 211-946
Vitamin D 19 LOW ng/mL 30-100 Horrible. Supplement with D3. Personally I'd go 10K IU at day for a month then drop to 5K.

    LIPID PANEL

    CHOL 134 mg/dL 120-220
    TRIG 42 mg/DL 30-150
    HDL 44 mg/DL 35-80
    LDLC 81 mg/DL 0-130

    PSA, total
    PSA 0.58 ng/mL 0.00-4.40 awesome

Wow man thank you so much help
I will get some caber now . Use it for 2 months then take another blood work at 0.25 mg x2/wk ?
No taper up and down ?
Also for micronized dhea , will that fix the cortisol level therefore Lower DHEA and increase IGF levels ?
Run it for 2 months as well ???
I will get those supplements you said and start with them asap

Im really happy that my testosterone levels are fine and i dont need HCG or SERMS

Im going to find another doctor for next time
But for now im going to order these things and give it couple of months on the stuff
Then do a blood work few weeks after stopping

    Anything else i need ?
