headaches from test, or adex???

Hi,

been pinning test E for the past 3 weeks, 250mg x 2 p/wk

also been taking adex 0.25mg eod for past 2 weeks

and been getting headaches each of the past 3 days?

i cant really think of any particular reason for getting them except for either test E or adex???


is this anything to worry about it? like is this common or??

You need to start reading a lot more to understand what hormones will do to your body. It's ridiculous to be pinning yourself and have no clue about consequences.

It's possible you have steroid induced hypercholesterolemia. This will elevate your BP and HR and are risk factors for stroke or kidney dysfunction if left untreated for extended periods. You may need an anti-hypertensive and some diet modifications to improve your lipid panel to avoid these or more serious problems.

yeah bro as stated above it is some pretty serious stuff, get your bp checked, also what sups are you on? i started getting headachs from multi v's of all things once on cycle.

I got headaches also from Adex - and I when i stopped taking supps with it - the head aches stopped. And for some reason - fish oil gives me a headache

the only supps im taking is a multi vitamin.... i understand there are side effects from pinning.. im going to buy a bp monitor today and check.... my diet is pretty clean and i get at least 8 hrs minimum per night

What about water intake? Headaches are a symptom of dehydration as well.

Water intake is between 2-3litres per day!!... and im in the uk which is freezing at the moment so im not sweating too much!

I have just tested my bp, it is 140/80 taken after sitting down for a while.... seems a little high...is this normal on cycle???

You aren't far out of normal bp. Have u tried anything to lower bp yet?

I have just started doing more cardio and trying to reduce salt....but when your eating so much per day on cycle its hard to keep salt down as most things contain salt even in small amounts!!
