    clen protocols

    So I was wondering if a few people experienced with Clen would post how they dose it and for how long.

    The way I have ran it is 2 weeks on 2 off, tapering the dose up to peak level then back down with taurine supplemented in the off weeks.

    I would be interested in learning other, possibly more effective ways to run clen and the results others have had.

    I've always run taurine the entire way through. Also, you really don't need an entire taper down its only there to gradually feel normal. And if you want to use less for a greater effect you should look into running keto with it. It will allow for longer and more effective use at the same or lower doses.

    Keto helps repair your receptor that down regulates as you use clen .... Clen can be used for longer periods of time with less overall mg's. I love it

    OK.


    You can do 2wks on/off or run it straight through with keto added at the end of week two and not stopping until you stop running clen . Increase water and tourine intake. Also if needed increase pas/bannana.


    Watch your before and during body temp. "lets you know if its working". Do not base off "bro science", "sides". Also monitor before and during resting heart rate.

    Very true. I personally don't get the shakes as are common from what I see. Maybe it's because I'm always taking a shitload of caffeine. Idk. But body temp is the best way to tell

    And yes, two on and two off is common. I usually run it at 11 or 12 days just because I skip on the taper down a bit. I don't really need it. My first time on clen I ran the following 40/60/80/100/120/120/120/120/120/100/60
    In mcg per day obviously. Then two weeks of. Then the same thing but every day being 20mcg higher

    When I did it in the past my body temp was always elevated and i was shaky as hell. To be honest I never got cramps at all but I drink a run of water so I'm thinking that helped

    I run it continuous with ketotifen. 6 weeks normally - 8 weeks tops. I get away with a conservative dose of around 60-80mcg/day the entire time due to keto. I dont taper up or down.

    Yes, I've never run it with keto but next time I decide to take clen I will certainly be adding it
