    First cycle

    Hey guys critic my first cycle and diet during cycle, i wanna nail everything rite. my goal during cycle is mass gain

    Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate / 500 mg split twice a week
    Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg every other day

    PCT wk 14 to wk 17
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/2



    a little about myself


    Started working out at 15 got serious at 17 had a break from 21 to 22 due a car accident lost my hard earned gains, then busted my ass this 2 years got nice gains back , muscle memory is awesome
    24 yo
    6'0
    195 - 200 lb
    BF around 13% is what i been told at the gym

    Current diet
    200g prot
    400 carbs
    80-100 fat
    3300 calories

    ill try to get bf to 10% by may so ill adjust my diet


    Diet during Cycle
    300 prot
    450 carbs
    120 fats



    feel free to critic my diet and anythin wrong thanks

    PD : im planning to start cycle in may , ill turn 25 in june

    You need to do more research about both AAS use and nutrition before jumping on this cycle IMO.

    To name a few flaws due to lack of full knowledge about the mentioned areas above;

    - Arimidex should be taken until the first day of PCT.

    - If you are gyno prone and somehow already know about it, Aromasin will be the better choice instead.

    - PCT starts 14 days after your last Test E injections, meaning week 14.

    - 400gr of protein is way above what you need at your current stats. Taking the fact that you want to grow during this cycle into consideration, you will NOT need more than 300gr of protein.

    - You need to incorporate HCG Pregnyl into your cycle in order to prevent testicular atrophy. 250iu E3D up until PCT is the recommended protocol. You need to educate yourself and learn more about this compound as well as how to make it work.

    - You also need to learn about over-eating strategy during PCT and B12 injections as part of this.

    In sum, there is much more learning you need to do so that you can benefit the most from your future cycle(s) while minimizing risks and dangers of AAS use.

    ... and no, you won't be able to learn all of this by asking questions in one thread, it will take some time but will be for your benefit in the end.

    i read that for the first cycle only test is the best.

    anybody else ? i keep readin test only is the best for first cycle.
    should i add HCG ? is it that nessesaty for this mild test only cycle?

    Hcg for sure, doesn't matter how much you run 250mg - 10g a week hcg will be your best friend

    Yes, Test only cycles make the first couple of cycles as a matter of fact. My first 4 cycles were Test only cycles and I ran a different version of Test in every and each cycle, which allowed me to conclude that Test Prop was going to be my choice of Test from then on. As you see, running Test only cycles not only give you the very precious opportunity of figuring out how your body responds to pure Test, but also allows you to find out what version you'll end up liking the most.

    HCG is a non-steroidal agent, so it is irrelevant to keep asking whether you should include it to a cycle or not. It is an OCT (on cycle therapy) compound and should be involved in any cycle that lasts for more than 6 weeks IMO, regardless of the compound being employed and/or dosage. Same goes for AI.
