So I'm on day 10 of clen I started 1mg keto two days ago. My cals have been cut down to 2200-2300. I was 220 when I started and weighing my self just now "I know I should weigh my self first thing in the am" I'm 218. I've been on clen 120mcg for 3 days I've only gotten cramps once and I do get the shakes but I'm not sure if that's a mental thing or not, I'm not sure if my body temp is up considering its been getting warmer here everyday. Soo basically my question is do you think my clen is no good?
