low dosing test cyp once or twice a week

Decided on running test cyp with my var cycle, just want to low dose 250mg per week.

Should I inject the 250mg once or split into 2x 125mg..

Just wondering as at this small dose I will run being the var what would be better..

For the purpose you're doing it doesn't really matter. But twice weekly would stabilize your levels more.

If this is your first run, I would drop the var and increase your test to 400mg/week, no need to have more compounds for first cycle.

Its my 4th cycle. Just wasn't sure on a dose that small..

Oh ok, 250mg of cyp is 175mg of test without ester weight, it should be plenty!
