Gyno from 500mg of test & 400 mg of EQ

hey guys. So im on week five of this cycle of 500mg of test cyp and 400mg of EQ per week. I was planning on running this for 15 weeks. I Am getting good results and feel good but i started to get gyno about 3 weeks in. So i had some arimidex on hand but not enough to last through the whole cycle. I went through the remaining arimidex i had and now all i have is 50 pills of 20mg nolva. Most of which i want to use for my pct. I ordered some vitex because that was the only legal thing i could find that SOME people had SOME success with helping with gyno. So my question is "What should i do?" my test is now 300mg per ml (The first test cyp i had was a different brand and was 250mg thats why i was doing 500mg the first 5 weeks) so should i just do 300mg per week to slow the excess test converting to estrogen? or should i continue with the higher test and do 500-600mg per week and hope the vitex helps and save the Nolva until my PCT? Im open to any and all suggestions. Thanks again

What's your body fat %? Have you confirmed it's gyno?

i just did my bf a week ago or so and its 7.2. im 6'1 1/2 about 190 right now. and i had gyno when i went through puberty and it went away. So i am pretty sure it is. started off with senstitive puffy nipples and now there is small lumps under the nipples. Granted they are very small but i would like to stop it before it gets worse

Is it the same type of puffiness and lumps that you got with your PH cycle? Why didn't you get enough AI to last the cycle? You decided on the equip after all then I see.

Ya it is. And the AI was sold out so I got nolva and knew I had arimidex on hand. I didnt think I would see gyno so soon from such a mild dosage. Any suggestions?

You should always be prepaired and have what you need on hand when you start a cycle. How old are you?

Ya it is. And the AI was sold out so I got nolva and knew I had arimidex on hand. I didnt think I would see gyno so soon from such a mild dosage. Any suggestions?

I was prepared. Cant prepare for something if you dont kno its gna happen. I had 2 AIs on hand. Didnt kno I was gna have to use them so quickly. And I still have more then enoigh for a pct. Im 22. Dont need to be preached to just wanting some advice.

No you weren't. Otherwise you wouldn't be in this mess. On top of the fact that you didnt know where to find an AI. If the local grocery store is out of milk, do you just go home or do you look elsewhere for it? The first rule of AAS survival is, 'be prepared for the unexpected'.

Order your L-Dex from the site sponsor ar-r.com. And dump the EQ, youre not using enough..its a waste of money at that dose.

400Mg a week for 15 weeks is a waste? Thats a much differing opinion than most the people on this forum and def different then what everyone said when I posted about this cycle in the beginning.

Actually you were told to drop the EQ from your cycle completely by almost everybody. One person suggested test higher than EQ but no dosages were given.

As Mickey says, make your order urgently.

Did you get clomid for PCT as well as your nolva?

That site is a domestic US site? And no, no clomid

And I dont see where youre saying everyone said EQ is a waste. I am doing eq because I am an athlete and its great for red blood cells and specifically I am working on my speed. Eq is great for athletes and fast twitch muscles.

Read my reply. It said almost everybody told you to drop it, not that it was a waste. Maybe go back and read that old thread of yours and actually are the advice that you were given that you haven't taken.

Any clomid?

Get some bloodwork done to check your test,estro etc, values....

You weren't prepared and you obviously didn't do enough research prior. If you did, you would know that you don't JUST run an AI to prevent gyno.

Read that. and stock up on your nolva and clomid. Get more than what you need.

Man, never never never, start a cycle, without all things on hand in case of.
I'd say, either you find som AI quickly, or you stop the cycle and start nolva...
when I start a cycle, I've got 2x the PCT and AI quantity, just in case.
You had AI for 3 weeks, and you planned 15 weeks??
man, you have 50 nolva pills, with that you could try some more weeks, the problem is you got gyno, and cyp did not even kick in properly...
I did one cycle with 10mg nolva and 25mg proviron, but along with 250 susta EW and everything fine. with 500 cyp, I wouldn't risk it.... especially if you are prone to gyno
what's vitex??? a natural stuff? are you kidding me??? you put your health in some homeopatetic stuff???

Got the liquidex and started that today. I have nolva for my pct and cut out the eq. Just gna stick w cyp at 500 ew. Hopefully the liquidex will kick in soon. Doing .5mg ed. Sound right? Thanks for the help guys. And yes ive learned my lesson now that Ive found out im quite prone to gyno. Hopefully the liquidex w cut down on my bloat a bit too. Now will liquidex start to decrease the lumps under my nipples? Theyre very small. Ablout the size of a dime. Or will it just keep it from getting worse?
