1st Cycle Ever : Need Help! [Clen]
I am planning on running my first clen cycle ever. There are many questions i'm looking for answers to :
1. What do you run it with? I've heard about T3 without knowing what it is. If needed, is liquid T3 injectable or taken orally and what does it do? Also, why use Taurine with it?
2. Do you need to run a PCT too?
3. I've seen many different dosages, mostly 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Is this the best method?
If there is any real clear guide out there and I missed it, just send me a link to it!

1. You can run T3 with it and taurine is used to rpevent muscle cramps
2. No pct
3.Search in the search box there is a full write up for clen /T3 cycles 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is a common way to use it.

Clen is usually run 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
From some things i've read, I tend to do 10 days on, 14 days off. OR 10 days on, 7days on clen+ketotifen, 10 days on clen, 7 days clen+keto, etc.
Over time, the body gets used to clen and becomes ineffective after 10-14 days. Using ketotifen will upregulate the receptors that clen acts on, removing the requirement to cycle off.
If this is your first time though, i'd suggest 2 wks on, 2 wks off. Before you start, take your waking temperature, afternoon temperature, and pre-bed temperature for three days and WRITE IT DOWN.
While on clen, follow the same protocol of checking your temp 3x daily around the same times of the day. Once your temperature goes back to "normal" (pre clen use), your body has adapted to it and you need to cycle off.
Clen+t3 are a common mix. Not being on AAS, I wouldn't touch t3. I'd just leave it as clen.
BTW: BE CAREFUL. THIS IS STRONG STUFF. YOU CAN KILL YOURSELF IF YOU OVERDOSE. [600mcg once, mistaking my clen for keto...I seriously thought I was going to die. I probably should have gone to the hospital]

I used clen because I was told it was the best fat burner on the market. I was one it for two weeks clean diet, taurine pills, vitamins, cardio the whole bit. My first two weeks on it I lost 7lbs.. shaking was terrible and terrible cramps. I now am on my 3 week of oep with eating w.e. I want, no cardio and I have lost 15lbs. No brainer get off clen on oep. Best pill in the world.

Albuterol is a nice alternative to Clen .
