Not by 21. He might not be on anything during the video but he didn't get there without help.
If it's natural, he has been at it for years. Eat, train, sleep. That's what he did. Good luck!

Yes, absolutely, but you have to have the genetics and the dedication to do it. And not many people do.
He's pretty fat, so probably natural.
i know a17 year old who has a physique like that he eats trains and sleeps and that is it he is 100kg and about 12%bf. There are plenty of young guys like this about. The raging test of a young lad is the best Steroid on the planet.
I honestly don't think it's any of our business if he's "natural" or not. I come on this site to know about steroids and how they work, not to find out who is using them and who isn't. I also don't think it's other people's business if I'm doing gear or not, so I return the favor. Unless you're on stage, it's not a competition. I suggest you just worry about yourself instead of what others are doing.
If you're trying to use other guys as a gauge of what you can possibly do naturally, give it up. Everybody has a different bodytype, genetics, etc that it's impossible to determine what your genetic limit will be from looking at other people. The only way you'll know is when your diet and training are perfect and you've put the time in necessary to find out. And again this goes to worrying about yourself and not somebody else.

The ones who scream and shout natty are the ones who most of the time aren't anyway. But to answer your question that isn't the genetic limit of most people IMO.
