cycle help!
so this is my first post and i am hoping for some advice and i think this is the best place to look. im am 26 years old 6ft tall 180pounds 11%bodyfat. been training around 6years. when i started training i knew nothing my nutrition was crap and i started taking steroids straight away. sus and deca around 500mg a week of each. i repeated this cycle several times over 2years. roughly 3month on 1 month off with no pct! i now no how stupid this was.after 2years off due to low or no sperm count i started again. still didnt no much started with sus and deca tried other compounds such as dbol eq test e test cyp. had a try of test 400 got gyno after a 10 week break it went. after this every course i had i got gyno got rid of it a few times with arimadex or long breaks. then had couple courses of tren masteron anavar . my last course was sus deca naps thse last few courses i used pct hcg nova chlomid which i got the info off here. since then i was takin into hospital with a pain in my heart, once in ther a blood rest showed ny kidneys wernt working. after 5 days a went home. i had various test but they found nothing. as soon as i mentioned steroids they blamed it and that was that! 4month has passed now and i am stil off steroids i amm so unsure due to the lack off knowledge from hospital as to wheather it was caused by steroids. in the next few month i am wanting to start a new cycle but afer all this i dont no where to start any advice would be appreciated.

You need a full blood panel to determine where you are at this point.
And i suspect you're going to be surprised at the results after that kind of punishment you just did to your body over the last 4 years or so (gyno, kidney failure..). Wow, is all i can say..
Not to mention after all your AAS experience you're still only a buck 80 at 6ft? AAS should be the LAST thing on your mind at this point.

i am unsure now. but the main focus was on my heart liver and kidneys. which were all ok when i came home 4 month ago. ihave since seen a specialist who told me that using creatine can give a false reading for kidneys when tested due to the creatine been stored in the muscle.

So you have no idea about your hormones and what readings they are? Mate, before you even think about thinking about cycling again, you need a full hormone panel blood test. And I'm gonna suggest you really learn how to diet because your stats aren't great, get to 200lbs at 11% and then we can talk.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be hard to get a doctor to okay you to get these panels done. Especially with your history of problems. Also get your free testosterone level checked using the equilibrium dialysis method. I honestly don't think you should be running anything other than doctor approved TRT.
