hi i think the answer will be keep doing it as you are, this question is in regards to my 2nd cycle (took advice on 1st jus did test e 500 12 weeks) keep 14 pound after pct
ok i am 5 weeks into sust 500 and deca 300 per week
i have already noticed a change in size and definetly strength
anyway looking at upping the sust to 750 a week and adding te extra 250 (WHICH IS ONE ML) into the monday pin so shooting 2ml sust monday and 1ml sust 1 ml deca thursday
just your thoughts please,
