I have lifted for many years but i seperated my shoulder a couple yrs ago and couldnt train. My diet went to shit. Got depressed and let myself get bad but i pulled my socks up for the last 5 months. You guys can say good or bad but i worked really hard to get here. Have my first competition in june and ive never felt better plus im having lots of fun training. Dieting is a bit tough but i see people in wheel chairs and sick kids and i know how lucky we are to even be able to do this. So motivate, train, eat well and enjoy it guys and girls.
