    EC Stack Help!

    I just finished my tren/prop cycle, was thinking of using EC stack to drop some fat. What would be the right dosage i have never used EC before, but i have ran Clen. What can i expect, will i have any muscle loss on EC? I am thinking of running it in PCT to get through my workout while im recovering.

    I took this off hotnfit.com

    Week 1 - Day 2-3: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (3×8mg E pills per day or 24mg total)
    Dose 1 - 8mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 2 - 8mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 3 - 8mg E, 100mg C

    Week 1 - Day 4-7: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (5×8mg E pills per day or 40mg total)
    Dose 1 - 16mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 2 - 16mg E, 100mg C
    Dose 3 - 8mg E, 100mg C

    Week 2 - Day 8-14: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (7×8mg E per day or 56mg total)
    Dose 1 - 24mg E, 200mg C
    Dose 2 - 16mg E, 200mg C
    Dose 3 - 16mg E, 100mg C

    Week 3-10: Doses 4-6 hours apart: (8×8mg E per day or 64mg total)
    Dose 1 - 24mg E, 200mg C
    Dose 2 - 24mg E, 200mg C
    Dose 3 - 16mg E, 200mg C

    lol,

    no one gives a damn because EC or ECA barely burns any fat.
    I use it for a pre workout stim. It aids in reducing hunger by a hair and a baby boost in metabolism.

    Spend the time and energy you are putting this EC stack together with on a DIET BRO!

    That looks fine. I run 24mgs/200mg/81mgs (E/C/A) 2-3x a day. It might take some getting used to though so you are smart by tapering up but you probably do not need to do it that slowly. You can adjust as you become more used to it.

    ECA is effective as hell. Tell me why it barely burns any fat. Don't worry, I'll wait.

    and I did give reasons for my claim in my original post. I think the science books say a 3% increase in metabolism or something?

    sure it's better then nothing but when peeps read this shit on dat der interwebz they think all they have to dat is o is take a magic pill. just like all the hype about tren burns body fat. Maybe but so minimal it goes unnoticed. what peeps do notice is a gain in lean body mass with little to no fat gain which does decrease body fat percent by gaining muscle and continues the misconceptions.

    DNP>T3>Clen>ECA but all are worthless compared to a solid cutting diet.

    I would wait a little while before running EC stack because you just finished a cycle

    But, yeah that's a good dose. I think that protocol just tests to see if you are hypersensitive to ephedrine.

    I've never bothered to run aspirin with the EC. I've read that it causes more harm than good.

    I like the effect from EC a lot more than clen, im my experience.

    But, I haven't ran clen long enough to conclude which is better. My guess is clen though.

    EC is very good in regard to energy and appetite suppression.

    You do build up a tolerance fairly quickly. I stop feeling the full effect of energy after a few weeks, but the thermo effect still happens, so it's still working.

    Sounds like your diet and cardio rant right if you can't lose fat. Or you have some kind of medical condition.

    OP, sorry this thread has gone to shit.

    As mentioned above, I would be careful about cutting just after completing a cycle. In my opinion, I would not begin cutting right after finishing your cycle and going into PCT. You want to try to preserve that hard-earned muscle mass so it's not an optimal time to cut calories.

    What was your cycle? How long did you run it for? What were your results?

    was a cutting cycle(tren prop for 8 weeks at 75mg ed with 30mg prop eod), i ran clen for 4 weeks, 2 on 2 off. I been on a cutting diet with a refeed every sunday. I have dropped 15lbs of fat. Need to get to 10% at about 12% atm.

    You're looking solid in your avi... I'm assuming that is post cycle? You should be fine with the dosages that you have up top... as always, when cutting (especially without using AAS), you will always expect to lose some muscle mass but you should be fine.
