Armidex advice

I am starting a cycle that looks like this:
Week 1-10 test prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-10 Armidex .25mg EOD
Week 3-10 winnie depot 0.5 mg Ed (will be drinking)
Week 11-13 clomid 100 /50/50/50 Ed
Week 11-13 novldex 40/20/20/20 Ed

My problem is the Armidex I purchased is a 1mg capsules.
Can I take 1mg every 4 days?
Any advice on the Armidex would be appreciated.

They are capsules, not pills? If they were pills you could obviously just break them into quarters... Not sure what the best approach would be if they are caps. I'm fairly certain a-dex needs to be take eod. Ar-r has arimidex (liquidex).

My guess would be to just weight it out and use only half the weight. Mix it with a beverage and drink it.

pour the capsule into 4 shots worth of tequila (or orange juice or milk or preferably something room temp so the adex dissolves) then shake it up and stir it to mix it well, pour out one shot and save the next three for your next doses.

oh, and don't buy 1mg capsules ever again.
