    I got the free bottle coupon when I signed up but don't know what to get any ideas guys?

    Also do they work?
    Side effects would be the same as any other vitamin which is essentially what these are. Taking more than recommended dose of any vitamin increases risks of toxicity and side effects.

    Side effects may include sudden rise in anger & possibly blood pressure when you realize you're not using real steroids.
