Im currently on a sus & deca cycle and i cut my finger needed stitches for it and can't go gym for 1 week and was wondering should i carry on with cycle as normal or cut it short and start pct and it is week 1 of my cycle what do i do??

How bad is the cut? you could still do cardio and work legs.
I don't see an angle that requires you to stop your cycle.
If the worst case scenario is that you can't go the gym for 1 week, then let it be.
Keep in mind that it takes about 6-7 weeks for Deca to fully kick-in and start working, 2-3 weeks for Sustanon. You said this the first week of your cycle so consider yourself lucky.
... and yes, you can still work legs and do cardio, even many exercises for your core are doable.
