    Cutting with Test E and physical changes

    This week is the end of my 5th week of cutting with test e. I know not the best for cutting, but since this is my first cycle I decided to just make it simple and go with the basic and see how it goes. Now I know I'm cutting so I shouldn't be expecting to get bigger, but theres not even the slightest change physically so far. Should I even be expecting any changes physically with just test while in a calorie deficit or will it just help me maintain muscle?

    I would let calories be at maintenance level not less
    enthanate esther takes a while to see changes . You should see something by 6th week
    Did u gain any water weight ? Are you using Ai and HCG ?
    Also how much calories u are taking and whats the macros

    Caloric deficiency or not, you should at least be getting strength increases at this point. My diet was off during my first test-e cycle but still experienced massive strength and pump boosts at around week 4. Are you getting any estrogen related sides?

    im cutting. im not going to eat at maintenance. and its for a competition. but physique not bodybuilding so i dont need to be quite as ripped. i have some sdrol on hand im about to throw in. im using aromasin . yes i know test was horrible choice to pretty cut up on but like i said,first cycle, first competition, just see how it goes. but diet and cardio are more important anyways.

    strength has gone up i've noticed. I've been setting some PR's on db shoulder press, weighted chest dips, incline bb bench. but just no physical changes at all yet. no estro related sides. dont even feel bloated at all or anything.
