This week is the end of my 5th week of cutting with test e. I know not the best for cutting, but since this is my first cycle I decided to just make it simple and go with the basic and see how it goes. Now I know I'm cutting so I shouldn't be expecting to get bigger, but theres not even the slightest change physically so far. Should I even be expecting any changes physically with just test while in a calorie deficit or will it just help me maintain muscle?
