What about hitting a blood vessel
Man in all my years I never hit blood. Anyway while pinning 100 mg / 1ml of test pro I hit blood and didn't know it. Yes I'm usually more careful. So when I pulled out I bled like a MF. So I'm OK and It will be sore and prob black n blue but I never thought about how effective the pin would be. Same thing I would suppose, just not a good idea and ugly in the end...huh ...crazy mike

Sorry to be dumb founded by your question I've been giving myself injections for the past 45 yrs, I'm only 61. Let me ask you a question What the F*CK if I told you no. Would you give me some shit for the stupidity like I'm some newbie? Or If I said yes, what then it happened already. What is the difference now. I sometimes move the pin around by accident, try to get deeper etc... I'm so sorry to be soft skinned but what is my answer going to tell you. yep. sometimes when i pull out, blood will run out the injection site. just put a finger over the hole, and massage a bit, til the hole closes up.

Easy crazy mike it was a simple enough question, and in all your years pinning you must have had blood at some point. I bleed at least once a month but saying that never had your level of experience.

I was using for 46 yrs since age 14. After the 90's it was the real, real hard stuff. Like in the arm stuff. So I only have 1 yrs and 4 months but doing great now that I'm back in the gym and eating. Since on SSD I only have to concentrate on training. Petty cool huh. ...mike

No prob bro. I only asked if you aspirated so you wouldn't risk the obvious. Injecting into a vein would be bad. Now with that said often even if you aspirated you can push the pin and either nic or go through a vein resulting in lots of bleeding after the inject. It happens and is just part of the game. I have noticed it happens for me more often when Hitting quads than other injection sites. Hope this helps bro

So sorry, ya know I just do it all the time, and this time it was on purpose, ya think. My experience yields to SOME mistakes at times , and that why I was disappointed. But if you'd like to try me I'm very sure I could hit a vein in you first stick, not miss, not go thru the other side and draw no blood. This even with an 18 gauge, take me up...huh. Like I said I didn't need sh*t on this thread but I'll be happy to go with it if you want to continue. It was an example of my skill back when I was F*cked up (hold that remark) I was hard up some time years ago and had to stick the shit in my arm with a dull 18 . I've seen blood rush back into the syringe after finishing the injection despite aspirating first, obviously because the needle tip was in a vessel. And typically the syringe is going to move a little when we're self-injecting, so this is difficult to avoid 100% of the time. But I'm fairly positive that unless we start shooting cc's into major arteries, we'll survive the experience.

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago...blood squirted outta my injection site all over the floor... kinda freaked me out a little bit, but i asked on here and that sorted me out!

I hit a blood vessel once and it shot about 5 feet across my bathroom floor....and of course my wife had just replaced the bathroom rug...and that's how my wife caught me doing steroids...lesson learned!!

To add in to this question brothers, isn't the upper quad one of the least likely spots to hit a vein or a vessel? I use them each week. Easier for myself to inject, also if you aspirate each time and I use the Z track method, if there is no blood are you always GTG?

There are certain parameters of the upper and lower quad that are ideal for pinning, just as is the case with the glutes and delts. When you're pinning a short ester such as prop EOD, it's important to utilize them all.
