    Question Ephedrine dosages...

    A friend of my is doing a 2wk on clen and then 2wk on ephedrine,
    We know the clen dosages, but how should the ephedrine be taken?

    I have had suggestions like 30mg (1tab) 3 times a day.
    like 1 tab (30mg) when waking up, half hour before eating...
    then 1 tab 3 hours later, and finally the last tablet 3 hours later...

    Is this right? CAN he up the dosages??? if its to mild...

    take 30 mg 4 times a day about a half hour before meals
    source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

    Depends on his sensativity. I usually start at around 60 mg a day and work my way up to as much as 120 mg but I take it with caffeine as well.

    I take 100mgs on training days only(no caffine/asprin)
